Shoden
(Reiki Level 1)

Begin your journey into the gentle and transformative practice of Reiki.
Explore the history and origins of Reiki, discover the principles of energy awareness, and learn simple techniques to support your own wellbeing, relaxation and self-healing.
You’ll also be guided in how to share Reiki with friends and family, giving you the confidence and practical tools to begin incorporating Reiki into everyday life.

Okuden
(Reiki Level 2)
Okuden, traditionally understood as the “inner teachings,” builds upon the foundations developed at Shoden (Reiki 1 ) level. This next stage of your Reiki journey invites you to deepen your understanding of Reiki and energy awareness, while developing greater confidence in working with yourself and clients.
You’ll be introduced to the traditional Reiki symbols and explore their applications, including the practice of distance healing. You’ll also develop your skills in offering Reiki treatments to others, with an introduction to professional practice and ethics, helping you to work with care, integrity and confidence.
This level provides you with the knowledge, practical skills and certification to begin your journey as a Reiki practitioner, while continuing to nurture your own personal connection, awareness and growth through Reiki.

Shinpiden (Master/Teacher Reiki Level 3)
Shinpiden – Reiki Master/Teacher

This stage of your Reiki journey, is for those who feel called to deepen their practice and share the teachings with others.
Shinpiden, meaning “mystery teachings,” is an advanced level of Reiki practice and teaching. Building upon the foundations of Reiki Shoden (Level 1) and Okuden (Level 2), this comprehensive training invites you to explore the deeper teachings and traditions of Reiki, while developing your confidence and understanding as a Master/Teacher.
You’ll be introduced to the traditional Reiki Master symbols and Kotodamas, explore advanced energy work, and learn the sacred practices of giving empowerments and passing Reiki empowerments and attunements. The course supports you in developing the knowledge, awareness and presence needed to teach, attune and guide future Reiki practitioners with care, integrity and respect for the Reiki tradition.
Shinpiden is a profound opportunity to continue your own personal and spiritual growth while stepping into the role of Reiki Master/Teacher — sharing your knowledge, supporting others and helping to carry the teachings forward.
